      • Smoked lamb gougère with manchego, salsa verde
        • Spinach kebab, cilantro mint yogurt

       

    • Starters
    • Foie gras torchon, blood orange, hazelnuts, endive, frisée, crostini
    • Honey roasted grape salad, endive, frisée, watercress, candied pecans,bleu hermit,  maple dressing 
    • Rosemary & orange brioche, whipped butter

 

  • Mains (Selection of 1 per person)
    • Duck croquette with confit leg, smoked/roasted breast, hakurei turnip, parsnip chestnut purée, duck jus
    • Herb crusted pickerel, buttermilk sauce, charred broccolini, roesti potatoes
    • Charcoal grilled beef striploin, cheese curd & roasted garlic mashed potatoes, green beans 
      • Truffled taglietelle, fresh herbs, grilled maitake mushrooms, pine nuts
